The Quality Manager will manage all Quality related functions for a 100-person manufacturing facility including, the Quality Lab, technical programs projects, quality systems, ISO 13485 program, and overall QA/QC/QS programs and staff.
Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required. Formal education in Engineering or Science related a plus
- 3-5+ years in a managerial role with additional years of relevant experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining quality systems. Experience with medical device, pharmaceutical or similar required. ISO 13485 strongly preferred.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement environments
- Knowledge of Quality System Software and Quality Engineering tools. Master Control, CAPA, SPC, audit standards
